Ground Space is a collective of designers occupying a typical Athenian ground-floor space in the heart of the city. Through shared space, resources, and expertise, it cultivates meaningful conversations and new approaches to design.

Ground Space challenges the traditional architecture office by bringing together independent practices in a single collaborative environment. It provides a framework for collaboration, exchange and ambitious projects while allowing each studio to retain its own identity.

Through shared resources, knowledge and conversation, Ground Space explores alternative ways of practising architecture and design—between the independence of the small studio and the possibilities of a larger collective.
